Authorized Retailers
Luminox established its Authorized Internet Dealer program to guard the reputation of their watches and protect you, the consumer, from disreputable online sellers. By making sure you are purchasing from an Authorized Dealer, you can be assured you are getting a genuine, first-quality watch, new in the box, that is backed by Luminox's two-year warranty.
Before purchasing, be sure to look for the official Luminox badge displayed prominently on the seller's Web site. The badge will include the seller's name and today's date, as well as the date they became authorized. In order to protect you, the customer, Luminox maintains rigorous standards for its Authorized Internet Dealers. In order to become an Authorized Dealer, Luminox requires the following:
- Each Internet Dealer must apply, and be approved, by Luminox as an Authorized Internet Dealer.
- Internet Dealer's may only sell Luminox brand products from approved websites. The sale of Luminox on any non-approved website or location is prohibited.
- All approved Internet Dealers must clearly display the Authorized Internet Dealer badge where any Luminox product appears or is referenced so consumers can be assured they are shopping from an authorized website.
- Internet Dealer's website must be a secure site for credit card transactions.
- All Luminox terms and conditions, warranty, refund, and return information must be spelled out clearly on the website.
Once approved as an Authorized Internet Dealer, all pertinent website information will be listed on the Luminox homepage, as well, for further confirmation that said site is reputable. Be sure to purchase Luminox watches only from Authorized Dealers (including Internet Dealers) to ensure you are purchasing first quality merchandise. Watches purchased from Unauthorized Dealers are not covered under warranty. If there is ever a question about a dealer, please contact Luminox to verify their status as an Authorized Dealer.
